We are extremely proud of our state-of-the-art machining centres DMG MORI and MITSUBISHI, which help us achieve exceptional precision and a quality production. Beside machining centres we also use modern CNC milling machines to manufacture various machine components.
3D MEASUREMENTS
In the last few years we upgraded our development and production equipment with an additional measurement laboratory. In this way, we canprovide an expanded offer of high quality products and services in compliance with the highest standards. Our main advantage is the measuring centre, which allows us to meet the client requirements, verifying the operation and results with precise measurements and following strict measurements protocols.
3D MODELING
In our company we use the state-of-the-art design software suite CREO. Our engineers use the modern equipment to produce 3D models of various machine components, equipment and product prototypes.
3D SCANNING
We use the latest 3D scanning technology and reverse engineering techniques in the process of blueprint preparation and manufacture of all products and machine components. We can also improve or adjust the scanned elements with the latest computer software 3D WENZEL Metrosoft QUARTIS and PointMaster.
Our offer includes 3D-CNC milling, 3D-CNC lathing, wire erosion, construction and development of CAD/CAM, 3D measuring and 3D laser scanning, reverse engineering, equipment and rubber manufacture.
